An automatic floor scrubber is a highly automated cleaning device that integrates multiple cleaning functions into one unit. It boasts advantages such as simple operation, ease of use, and high efficiency. However, after prolonged use, many fixed components and external parts may sustain varying degrees of damage, leading to instability in the machine’s operational status and reduced performance—potentially even affecting its normal use and the smooth execution of cleaning tasks. When we don’t want the automatic floor scrubber to be down for too long and thus delay cleaning operations, we can usually assess the extent of mechanical damage to determine whether the issue can be repaired manually, thereby restoring the affected component’s functionality. In performing manual repairs, it’s crucial to ensure that any newly added replacement parts are securely fastened to the original components, avoiding further mechanical failures caused by improper repair methods. If the damage is beyond repair or if you lack the necessary expertise, promptly contact the manufacturer to resolve the issue and arrange for part replacement, enabling the automatic floor scrubber to return to normal operation. For critical components of the automatic floor scrubber, if repairing a part could pose safety risks during subsequent use, the repair must be abandoned entirely, and the part should be replaced directly. At the same time, it’s important to analyze the root causes of wear and tear and take measures to slow down or prevent similar severe wear from recurring in the future.
