Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Floor Scrubber Water Squeegees
The water suction blade is an important component of the floor scrubber. During operation, the rubber strip wears down due to friction with the floor surface. When the water suction performance deteriorates, check:

1. Are there any foreign objects in the rubber squeegee? (Lift the water squeegee and shake it gently, or wipe the rubber strip with a towel.)
2. Check whether there is any debris blocking the connection between the suction nozzle and the hose (remove the connecting pipe or the suction nozzle to clear the blockage). Adjust the angle between the scraper blade and the floor as necessary. Inspect the wear condition of the scraper blade’s edges; if the wear is severe and cannot be restored even after adjustment, you can flip the scraper blade over and use the other side. If that’s not possible, you’ll need to replace the blade strip with a new one.
