Things to note when using a floor scrubber

When using a newly purchased floor scrubber, be sure not to overload it. Overloading can damage the machine’s body and components. For ride-on floor scrubbers, it’s recommended to keep the load within the specified limits and, whenever possible, drive on smooth road surfaces during operation to avoid excessive vibration and friction. Finally, remember not to perform frequent emergency brakes with a new ride-on floor scrubber. A floor scrubber that hasn’t undergone a long period of break-in may suffer damage if subjected to frequent emergency braking, placing greater stress on its chassis and engine. Therefore, during the first 300 kilometers of operation, it’s best to avoid emergency braking altogether. Thus, consumers should use their new ride-on floor scrubber with care.
