Industrial vacuum cleaners have now become widespread in various production environments. Although they bring great convenience to both daily life and industrial production, these machines consume a substantial amount of power. For instance, high-power industrial vacuum cleaners used continuously for extended periods in large industrial facilities can result in electricity costs that are far from negligible and should not be overlooked. So, how can we reduce the power consumption of industrial vacuum cleaners during operation?
First, after prolonged continuous use, a large amount of dust accumulates on the vacuum cleaner’s filter bag or other dust separators and polyester filters. This increases the operational load on the industrial vacuum cleaner itself. At the same time, it reduces the vacuum cleaner’s efficiency, requiring it to spend more time processing the dust and consuming more electricity. Therefore, we should regularly clean the dust from the vacuum cleaner’s filters.
Second point, Regularly add oil to the rotating shaft of the industrial vacuum cleaner and perform inspections. I Check whether the air ducts at the vacuum cleaner’s suction port, the nozzle, the hose, and the air inlet are blocked by foreign objects. Select a nozzle that matches the specific production environment to both enhance dust-collection performance and save energy.
Third, when using an industrial vacuum cleaner, be careful not to blindly set its power to the maximum. Setting the power too high consumes a lot of electricity.
