    The rupture disc is equipped with a signaling device and can be connected to a control box or alarm via an explosion-proof junction box, and it can also be interlocked with a fan or other equipment.
    The explosion-proof core is integrally formed by being connected to the housing and the top cover via square tubes, creating a flame-arresting module component. When the rupture disc reacts to the rapidly accumulating deflagration pressure and opens to release this pressure, the forming fireball is intercepted by the flame-arresting module as it passes through the opened rupture disc.
    A precision stainless steel mesh screen mounted in a stainless steel frame serves as a three-dimensional flame arrester to extinguish flames.
    The extinguishing module suppresses the flames and hot gases from deflagration, as well as combustible and non-combustible dust that is released when the explosion-proof door is opened.
    The 3D mesh screen design acts as a radiator, preventing explosions in the central section and absorbing the pressure waves and dust released during venting.
    Although the fireball from a dust explosion can easily reach temperatures as high as 1,000℃, the large surface area of the flame-suppression module allows for rapid cooling and helps keep the temperature below 100℃.
    This ensures that temperature fluctuations around the system are negligible. Thanks to its ability to extinguish flames, suppress dust, and precisely control pressure and temperature, the system can be used anywhere indoors where it’s necessary to prevent blast-overpressure effects.
