The flameless venting device consists of a flame‑extinguishing module, a rupture disc, an explosion‑proof junction box, and a clamp.The rupture disc is equipped with a signaling device and can be connected to a control box or an alarm via an explosion-proof junction box, enabling interlock with a fan or other equipment.The explosion‑proof core is integrally formed by the housing and the top cover, connected via square tubing, creating an flame‑arresting module. When the rupture disc responds to rapidly accumulating deflagration pressure and opens to relieve that pressure, the incipient fireball passing through the opened rupture disc is intercepted by the flame‑arresting module.A stainless steel precision mesh screen mounted in a stainless steel frame serves as a three-dimensional flame arrester to extinguish flames.The quenching module suppresses the flames and hot gases of a deflagration, as well as the combustion and unburned dust that escape through the explosion-proof door.The three-dimensional mesh screen is designed to function as a heat sink, containing explosions in the central section while absorbing the pressure waves and dust released during venting.Although the flame ball in a dust explosion can easily reach temperatures of 1,000°C, the extinguishing module’s large surface area enables rapid cooling, keeping its temperature below 100°C.This ensures that temperature variations around the system are negligible. By enabling flame suppression, dust containment, and precise control of pressure and temperature, the system can be deployed in any indoor location where blast‑overpressure protection is required.Product Details1.
