Flameless venting device to prevent secondary dust explosions—flameless venting.
The flameless venting device consists of a flame-quenching template, a venting disc, an explosion-proof junction box, and a clamp. The venting disc is equipped with a signaling device that can be connected to a control box or alarm via the explosion-proof junction box, enabling it to interlock with fans or other equipment. The explosion-proof core is formed by connecting the housing and the top cover through square tubes, creating a flame-quenching module component. When the venting disc reacts to the rapidly accumulating deflagration pressure and opens to release this pressure, the forming fireball is intercepted by the flame-quenching module as it passes through the opened venting disc. A precision stainless steel mesh screen housed in a stainless steel frame serves as a three-dimensional flame-arresting element to extinguish the flame. The flame-quenching module effectively suppresses the flames generated by deflagration.
