So, what factors should we pay attention to when choosing the water-absorbing rubber strip for a walk-behind floor scrubber?
First, water-absorbing sealing strips come in two types of rubber material: oil-resistant and standard non-oil-resistant. We need to select either the oil-resistant or the standard strip based on the specific application environment. Oil-resistant rubber is particularly suitable for surfaces with oil present, but it has poorer abrasion resistance. This is an important factor we should keep in mind when purchasing sealing strips.
Second, different brands use absorbent strips of varying thicknesses; generally, thicker absorbent strips are more durable. This is also something we should pay attention to when making purchases.
Third, most customers have limited awareness of sealing strips. It’s recommended to use original manufacturer’s sealing strips whenever possible. Relying solely on low prices will inevitably lead you to fall for inferior products, which not only perform poorly but also pose safety risks!
