What should be noted when providing after-sales maintenance for floor scrubbers?
The Meitengqi editor recommends the following handy tips—some minor issues with floor scrubbers will be easily resolved.
The first step is to use the floor scrubber correctly. Whether it’s a push-type or a ride-on floor scrubber, the operating principles are the same.
1. Before using the floor scrubber, you need to fully charge its battery.
2. Each floor scrubber comes with a key for the switch or an electronic card for smart floor scrubbers. Just like opening a door, you simply insert the key into the lock and turn it to unlock. With the electronic card, you just place it directly on the induction screen and swipe it once.
3. Add the proportionally mixed detergent to the clean water tank.
4. Add an antifoaming agent to the sewage tank.
5. Choose different types of floor brushes or cleaning pads based on the condition of the floor.
7. Lower the squeegee and adjust the angle at which the squeegee contacts the floor.
8. Start the water-absorbing motor and the brush disc motor.
9. Press the control button to start the brush disc rotating, the machine moving forward, and begin floor cleaning.
Step 2: After using the floor scrubber, it’s important to operate it correctly.
1. Turn off the floor scrubber’s power supply.
2. After cleaning the squeegee and brush disc thoroughly, put them away.
3. Lower the drain pipe to completely empty the wastewater from the wastewater tank.
4. Wipe away the stains on the floor scrubber with a slightly damp cloth.
5. Place the floor scrubber at the designated parking spot.
Step 3: If you encounter a problem during the use of the floor scrubber that you simply can’t solve, you can also call your local floor scrubber service provider. Typically, the floor scrubber itself will have a QR code or contact phone number printed on it.
