The “Communication Itinerary Card” will officially be discontinued starting December 13. In order to thoroughly implement the decisions and arrangements made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council on further optimizing COVID-19 prevention and control measures and on conducting prevention and control work in a scientific and precise manner, and in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Comprehensive Group of the Joint Prevention and Control Mechanism of the State Council, the “Communication Itinerary Card” service will be officially discontinued from 0:00 on December 13. The inquiry channels—including SMS messages, website, WeChat mini-program, Alipay mini-program, and app—will also be discontinued simultaneously. This is hereby announced.
