In the course of enterprise production, more or less dust, oil stains, and other contaminants—production wastes—are generated on the floor. An automatic floor scrubber is a highly automated piece of equipment that integrates cleaning functions into a single unit. However, after prolonged use, many fixed and external components may suffer a certain degree of damage, leading to unstable machine operation and even affecting the normal use of the machine and the smooth execution of cleaning procedures.

In such cases, it’s essential to analyze the root cause of the wear and tear and take steps to minimize or prevent similar severe wear from recurring in the future.
