Why is it necessary to clean the grinding disc after curing and repairing with a grinder?

During floor grinding operations, after each grinding pass, the worn-down grinding discs must be thoroughly cleaned. Otherwise, next time you start working, sand particles trapped inside the discs could cause irreparable scratches on the floor—especially during the curing process. After repairing the floor, be sure to clean the grinding discs promptly. As a dust-free construction technique specifically designed for curing floor applications, if you’re using the “grinding method” to repair the floor by applying patching agents and repair mortars, the grinding discs will inevitably pick up traces of these patching materials. These residues need to be removed immediately; otherwise, once they’ve dried completely, they’ll become much harder to clean.
