I. Fault Symptom: Motor Not Turning—Possible Causes: 1. The power plug is not properly inserted; 2. The power outlet has no power; 3. The vacuum cleaner’s power switch is not turned on; 4. The motor is burned out. Troubleshooting Measures: 1. Recheck and ensure the plug is securely inserted; 2. Make sure the power outlet has power; 3. Turn on the switch; 4. Replace the motor. II. Fault Symptom: Motor Burnout—Possible Causes: 1. The current exceeds the rated load, causing blockage and prolonged formation of a vacuum load; 2. Dust has entered the motor; 3. Sewage, foam, or other contaminants have entered the motor. Troubleshooting Measures: 1. Check the power supply and voltage; 2. Repair the motor. III. Fault Symptom: Reduced Suction—Possible Causes: 1. The dust filter is clogged; 2. The air intake is blocked; 3. The hose or nozzle is partially obstructed; 4. The suction pipe is bent or kinked.

Solution: 1. Check whether the filter bag is installed in the correct position.
2. Check whether the filter bags are damaged;
3. Inspect the seals.
