Low-quality water-absorbing strips are made from ordinary rubber materials with relatively high hardness, leading to incomplete sewage recovery and faster wear. High-quality water-absorbing strips, on the other hand, are crafted from high-performance materials such as natural rubber and imported polyurethane, featuring moderate hardness and offering excellent properties including tear resistance, acid-alkali resistance, oil resistance, strong water-squeegeeing capability, and resistance to wear.
Water-absorbing strips come in two types: oil-resistant and standard, non-oil-resistant.
For situations where there is oil on the ground, oil-resistant rubber strips are more suitable.
The oil-resistant rubber strip is slightly harder and can withstand corrosion from oils, but it has poorer wear resistance.
