Product Description
The FFU laminar flow air supply unit can be connected and used in a modular fashion, making it widely applicable to cleanrooms, clean benches, clean production lines, modular cleanrooms, and laminar flow hoods. The fan at the top of the FFU draws air inward, which is then filtered through a high-efficiency filter. The filtered, clean air is evenly delivered across the entire air outlet surface at a wind speed ranging from 0.15 to 0.6 m/s.
Features:
1. The fan employs a direct-drive, high-efficiency centrifugal fan featuring long service life, low noise, maintenance-free operation, minimal vibration, and stepless speed regulation. Its operational lifespan exceeds 30,000 hours. The fan exhibits stable speed regulation performance and can maintain a constant airflow even under conditions where the high-efficiency filter reaches its final resistance.
2. Particularly suitable for assembly into ultra-clean production lines, these units can be arranged for single-unit operation according to process requirements, or multiple units can be connected in series to form a 100-level continuous assembly line.
3. The body structure is made of high-quality galvanized stainless steel sheet, offering excellent corrosion resistance, rust prevention, and an elegant, sophisticated appearance.

A single computer can centrally control the operation, speed adjustment, and status monitoring of nearly 8,000 fans.
