The MICE MS series lightweight industrial vacuum and water extractor is an industrial-grade vacuum-water dual-purpose machine specifically designed and developed for factory use, featuring both dust collection and liquid extraction capabilities.
Product Features
1. This product can absorb large particles, debris, solid-liquid mixtures, liquids, and other substances, making it versatile and multi-purpose.
2. Quality Assurance: The filter bucket of this product is made of stainless steel, offering both aesthetic appeal and durability. The fan utilizes internationally advanced precision-cast aluminum alloy turbine vacuum pump technology and has obtained CE and 3C certifications. All built-in electrical components, such as thermal overload protectors and phase sequence protectors, are sourced from renowned domestic and international brands including Siemens, Schneider, and ABB, ensuring superior quality.
3. High-efficiency filtration: Equipped with high-precision, waterproof filter bags that effectively prevent water and fine dust from entering the filter bags. Additionally, a float device is installed inside the dust collection bin to prevent ingested liquids from entering the motor.
4. Real-time monitoring equipped with a vacuum pressure gauge continuously tracks the pressure inside the filter drum, allowing users to observe the operating status of the main unit at any time and receive timely alerts when the pressure reaches a specified level, prompting users to clean the dust promptly.
