The OIL100 solid-liquid separation industrial oil-absorbing machine is specially designed for the mechanical processing industry. It can effectively remove various liquids and oil contaminants generated during production processes, separating lubricating oils, cutting fluids, and metal chips. When in use, the machine can also recover the separated liquids.
Product features:
The machine is equipped with a filter screen inside; the filter screens are categorized into metal filters (coarse filtration) and precision filters (fiber filters, with filtration accuracies of 60 mesh, 80 mesh, or 100 mesh available depending on the substance being extracted). The machine comes with an oil-discharge pump that can pump waste oil or lubricating oil to a designated location. It also features a liquid-level control valve that automatically stops the oil-suction operation once the liquid level reaches its maximum capacity. The machine allows simultaneous oil suction and discharge, thereby enhancing operational efficiency. It is fitted with both a liquid-level indicator and a discharge device. At the bottom of the machine, there is a manual oil-drain valve for easy cleaning and maintenance.
