I. Safety Check the Power Supply
When using a floor scrubber, first unplug the power cord and inspect it for any damage or areas that might leak electricity, to avoid static electricity issues. If the power cord is intact, you can then install the pin holder, floor pad, or floor brush at the bottom of the machine in a counterclockwise direction. When cleaning smooth floors, fit the pin holder and press down firmly on the scouring pad. For uneven or rough surfaces, attach the brush instead. Adjust the handle to an angle that’s comfortable and convenient for your operation, making it easier to mop the floor.
II. Check the switch
Next, after checking and confirming that the floor scrubber’s switch is in the OFF position, plug it in and begin using it. Then, place the power cord at the back, hold the handle firmly with both hands, and turn on the switch. At this point, the brush disc or needle disc should be parallel to the ground. Grip the control lever firmly and move it up and down to steer the machine left and right; the brush disc will start rotating. Once you’ve confirmed that there are no malfunctions, you’re ready to start using the machine.
Most importantly, when operating the floor scrubber, don't rely on your arm strength to forcibly move the machine back and forth or from side to side. Instead, press down on the handle to make the machine itself move—your body will naturally follow along with the machine’s motion, and that’s how you’ll use it effectively.
