As the power source for floor scrubbers, batteries—when not properly maintained, not charged regularly, charged for insufficient durations, used beyond their recommended lifespan, or paired with substandard batteries by certain manufacturers—can all lead to inconsistent operating times for the floor scrubber. In severe cases, this can even prevent the floor scrubber from starting up normally.

4. Adjustment of floor scrubber consumables
If the suction isn't clean, it could also be due to improper adjustment of the angle of the suction pad after replacing the rubber blade. In this case, you can readjust the rubber blade so that the suction pad lies flat on the ground—neither too low nor too high.
