How to use a floor scrubber properly?
For floor scrubbers, daily maintenance is extremely important—it not only affects the machine’s cleaning performance but also impacts its service life. So, how can we ensure the proper use of floor scrubbers?
Step 1: You need to check the battery status, confirm that the battery is fully charged, and ensure that the battery connector has been reinserted into the internal port on the device body.
Step 2: Pour clean water into the clean water tank and add an appropriate amount of professional floor cleaner according to the specified ratio. Then, pour about 30 milliliters of defoaming agent into the wastewater tank to reduce foam formation and prevent it from affecting the floor-cleaning performance.
Step 3: Install the water squeegee and check whether the rubber strip on the squeegee is worn. If the rubber strip is worn, it must be replaced promptly. First, lower the brush disc, then lower the water squeegee.
Step 4: Press the main brush activation switch on the control panel, then press the water suction fan switch to activate the water-suction function. Adjust the cleaning water outlet valve to the appropriate position according to the condition of the floor.
Step 5: Gently push the neck rod forward, following the cleaning path.
Finally, after cleaning is complete, press the water-absorbing fan button, lift the water-absorbing rake brush disc, and place it in a dry, well-ventilated area once cleaning is finished.
