How to Use a Floor Scrubber
1. Cleaning the Water Tank and Wastewater Treatment: Simply push the machine to the drain opening and unscrew the wastewater hose cover. For cleaning the water tank: Open the tank lid, first use a cloth to block the air intake of the fan to prevent water from entering the fan and causing damage. Then, rinse the inside of the tank and the filter mesh thoroughly with clean water. To clean the machine’s surface: Just wipe it down with a clean cloth.
Attention: Do not, under any circumstances, rinse the fan inlet of the floor scrubber with water! Do not use corrosive cleaning solutions to clean the machine’s exterior or interior!
2. Charging: First, unplug the floor cleaner’s power plug, then insert the charger’s plug into the charger itself. Next, plug the charger’s plug into a power outlet. The typical charging time is 6 hours.
Attention: It is strictly prohibited to leave the machine stationary for extended periods while the brush disc is in operation, as this could damage the floor!
3. Add Water: Open the water tank lid, add clean water to the clear water tank, and then add an appropriate amount of detergent. The exact proportion of detergent can be adjusted based on the level of dirtiness in the cleaning environment. Be sure to close the water tank lid tightly.
Attention: It is strictly prohibited to pour laundry detergent, high-foaming cleaners, or dishwashing detergents into the water tank, as the resulting foam could damage or burn out the machine!
Introduction to Floor Scrubbers and Common Usage Methods A floor scrubber is a cleaning machine that simultaneously washes and dries the floor surface while vacuuming up wastewater and removing it from the site. In developed countries, its use has become widespread across various sectors—particularly in places with large areas of hard flooring, such as train stations, docks, airports, workshops, warehouses, schools, hospitals, restaurants, and shopping malls. The concept of using machinery to replace manual labor has deeply taken root in people’s minds. Hard-floor surfaces typically include materials such as terrazzo, marble, granite, engineered stone, ceramic tiles, PVC, polished concrete, and epoxy.

4. Equipment Operation: Turn on the key switch, gently step on the brush-disc pedal to lower the brush disc and the water-squeegee, then press the brush-disc and water-squeegee switches. Adjust the water supply according to the degree of oil contamination on the floor. By turning the handle control ring, you can adjust the speed of the floor scrubber, after which the machine will begin cleaning the floor.
