Features of industrial vacuum cleaners
Common external designs of industrial vacuum cleaners include cylindrical, small trolley-style, square, and simple stand-type models. Industrial vacuum cleaners are available in voltages of 220V, 380V, 110V, and 420V/440V; the most commonly used is the 380V three-phase four-wire model. Depending on the application, industrial vacuum cleaners typically come equipped with universal casters and directional casters for easy mobility. By extending the suction hose, the cleaning range can be expanded without a significant reduction in suction power. Advantages: simple structure, compact and flexible design, strong suction power, large capacity, safe and reliable operation, high purification efficiency, and wide range of applications. Disadvantages: the metal casing makes them relatively heavy; the filters require frequent back-blowing for regeneration; and they have a relatively high technological content.
Common external designs of industrial vacuum cleaners include cylindrical, small trolley-style, square, and simple bracket-type models. Industrial vacuum cleaners are available in voltages of 220V, 380V, 110V, and 420V/440V; the most commonly used is the 380V three-phase four-wire model. Depending on the application requirements, industrial vacuum cleaners are typically equipped with universal casters and directional casters for easy mobility. By extending the suction hose, the cleaning range can be expanded, though the reduction in suction power becomes relatively less noticeable. Advantages: simple structure, compact and flexible design, strong suction power, large capacity, safe and reliable operation, high purification efficiency, and wide range of applications. Disadvantages: the metal casing makes it relatively heavy; the filters require frequent back-blowing for regeneration; and the technology involved is not particularly advanced. In recent years, through the adoption of mobile vehicle-mounted systems, oscillating-arm dust-cleaning devices, and research into technologies such as cyclone separators, these shortcomings have been gradually addressed, enhancing the vacuum cleaner's role as an environmentally friendly product.
