What basic precautions should be taken when using a floor scrubber?
As the application scope of floor scrubbers expands, basic operational precautions have become a common concern among users. So, what are the essential things to keep in mind during the daily use of a floor scrubber? Next, the editor from Metengqi will share with you the key points to note when using a floor scrubber: 1. Before cleaning, perform a preliminary cleanup of the area to be cleaned—removing small stones, large debris, and other objects. Failure to do so may affect the performance of the water-suction blade and could even prevent the floor scrubber from functioning properly if it gets damaged. 2. Deep grooves on the floor can impair the machine’s water-suction efficiency. When the machine is not in use, make sure that the brush disc is in the raised position.

Floor scrubber What matters should be noted at that time:
1. In the area to be cleaned, perform a preliminary cleanup to remove small stones, large debris, and other objects. Failure to do so may interfere with the operation of the water-squeegee and prevent the floor scrubber from functioning properly if it sustains damage.
2. Deep grooves on the ground can affect the water-suction efficiency of the floor scrubber. If the machine is not in use, do not randomly start the brush motor when the brush disc is in the raised position; otherwise, the brush disc will be automatically disengaged.
3. If the equipment is to be left unused for an extended period, both the wastewater tank and the clean water tank should be thoroughly cleaned and left open with their lids removed to air-dry. (For battery-powered floor scrubbers, remove the battery first.) Then, cover the floor scrubber with a dust-proof cloth for storage.
4. The floor scrubber should not be used for excessively long periods at a time. If the machine becomes overheated after 3-4 hours of use, it’s advisable to let it cool down for a while before resuming operation, to prevent the motor from overheating and burning out.
