The first requirement is to use a high-quality movement, which ensures good heat dissipation and ventilation when the device is in operation. By guaranteeing adequate ventilation, dust won't get trapped inside the movement and unable to escape, thus preventing the movement from exploding due to dust accumulation.
The second point is to standardize operations. To achieve this, it’s first necessary to provide operators with professional training, covering not only the correct operational procedures but also safety education. This will help them develop a strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness, enabling them to be more careful and meticulous during operations and avoid equipment malfunctions caused by carelessness. At the same time, such training will also equip operators with the knowledge needed to handle unexpected situations effectively, allowing them to protect themselves properly and minimize operational risks to the greatest extent possible.
Third, it’s important to clean the equipment on a regular basis. As mentioned earlier, given the special nature of the operating environment, even if the equipment has excellent inherent qualities, you still need to carry out comprehensive maintenance on a daily basis—cleaning being the most crucial aspect. Ideally, you should promptly empty the dust bin and clean the filter bag after each use to prevent dust from accumulating inside and interfering with the normal operation of the motor.
Fourth, avoid prolonged use of the device. If the motor runs for too long, it’s prone to overheating, and given the already high dust levels, this increases the likelihood of accidents. Therefore, don’t let the machine operate continuously for extended periods under normal circumstances.
Although we use explosion-proof industrial vacuum cleaners in these processing and commercial environments, that doesn’t mean they provide a 100% guarantee of safety.
