Year-end big sale: Lichi GM80 high-efficiency vacuum cleaner—specifically designed for dust-free cleanrooms.

To benefit our wide range of customers, Qingqinyu Company is offering a great deal on the Lichi GM80 vacuum cleaner—first come, first served! This dust-free vacuum cleaner is specially designed for cleanrooms and can effectively filter out fine particles as small as 0.3 μm with an efficiency rate of 99.97%. It’s ideal for cleanroom environments classified below Class 100. The vacuum boasts exceptional suction power, superior filtration performance, and ultra-quiet operation. Suitable Applications: This vacuum is ideally suited for use in laboratory contamination control, cleanrooms, or other dust-sensitive environments. It’s particularly effective against harmful airborne particles such as asbestos. The GM80P features four-stage filtration systems: First Stage: Paper Bag Filter Nilfisk vacuum paper bags are double-layered, made from two different materials. The inner lining attracts dust particles, while the outer fiber layer allows air to pass through, enabling the bag to easily capture visible dust particles. Second Stage: Main Filter Cloth The main filter is a specially treated, extra-large cotton filter cloth that uses electrostatic technology to trap 99.5% of dust particles as small as 4 μm. Its oversized design provides enhanced surface-area filtration performance. Additionally, there’s a Gore-Tex filter cloth made from Dralon material, which offers acid resistance (filtering up to 99.995% of particles larger than 0.33 μm). Third Stage: Motor Protection Cover* The standard motor protection cover is made from non-woven material composed of wool and synthetic fibers, capable of capturing 99.5% of dust particles as small as 2 μm. This fine filter is positioned at the base of the motor; not only does it protect the motor itself, but it also filters out dust particles as small as bacteria and reduces contamination of HEPA or ULPA filters, thereby extending their service life. Fourth Stage: HEPA or ULPA Filter* The HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filter is the final stage of filtration. Made from glass fiber paper, it can remove 99.97% of dust particles as small as 0.3 μm—particles that are just one-third the diameter of human hair. Each HEPA filter has been tested by the DOP (U.S. Army Headquarters) and is used according to appropriate specifications. HEPA filters are highly effective at capturing toxic and hazardous dust particles, making them ideal for fine particle filtration. The ULPA (Ultra-High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter is also made from glass fiber paper, but its fibers are arranged even more densely. It can filter out 99.9995% of dust particles—including those as small as 0.12 μm—particles that are just one-ninth hundredth the diameter of human hair. ULPA filters are even more suitable than HEPA filters for applications requiring extremely stringent contamination control.
