Year-end big sale: Lichi GM80 high-efficiency vacuum cleaner—specifically designed for dust-free cleanrooms.
To benefit our wide range of customers, Qingqinyu Company is offering a great deal on the Lichi GM80 vacuum cleaner—first come, first served!
This dust-free room-specific vacuum cleaner effectively filters fine particles as small as 0.3 μm with an efficiency of 99.97%, making it suitable for cleanroom environments classified below Class 100. It features exceptional suction power, superior filtration performance, and ultra-quiet operation.
Usage location: Ideal application environments include: laboratory contamination control, cleanrooms, or other dust-sensitive areas. Hazardous airborne particulates include asbestos and the like.
The GM80P features four major filtration systems:
First-layer filtration: paper bag
Nilfisk vacuum cleaner paper bags are double-layer bags made from two different materials. The inner lining attracts dust, and as air passes through the outer fiber layer, the bag efficiently collects and traps visible dust particles.
Second-layer filtration: primary filter cotton cloth
The oversized primary filter mesh for electrostatic treatment can remove up to 99.5% of dust particles as small as 4 μm. Its extra-large design delivers superior surface filtration performance. Additionally, there is a Gore-Tex filter cotton made from Dralon material that is resistant to acids (effectively filtering out over 99.995% of dust particles larger than 0.33 μm).
Third-layer filtration: Motor protective cover*
The standard motor protective cover is made from a non-woven material composed of wool and synthetic fibers, capable of filtering out dust particles as small as 2 μm with an efficiency of up to 99.5%. This fine filter is ideally suited for installation at the base of the motor; in addition to protecting the motor itself, it can also capture dust particles as small as bacteria and reduce contamination of HEPA or ULPA filters, thereby extending their service life.
Fourth-level filtration: HEPA or ULPA filter*
HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filters represent the final stage of filtration. They are made from glass fiber paper and can remove 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 μm—particles that are just one-three-hundredth the diameter of a human hair. Each HEPA filter has been tested by the DOP (U.S. Army Headquarters) and is used in accordance with appropriate specifications. HEPA filters are capable of capturing toxic and hazardous particulates, making them ideal for fine particle filtration. ULPA (Ultra-High Efficiency Particulate Air) filters are also made from glass fiber paper, but their fibers are arranged much more densely. These filters can remove 99.9995% of particles, including those as small as 0.12 μm—particles that are only one-nine-hundred-and-sixtieth the diameter of a human hair. ULPA filters are even better suited than HEPA filters for applications requiring extremely stringent contamination control.
