What are the maintenance methods for industrial vacuum cleaners?

Test the overall suction power of the wet-and-dry vacuum cleaner to confirm that it’s functioning properly. If not, check the connection points of all components and ensure that the sealing ring at the base of the nozzle is in good condition; 4. Inspect and confirm the cleaning task for the working environment. If you’re vacuuming dry debris, make sure to install the dust bag. If you’re vacuuming liquids, there’s no need to use a dust bag.

II. Precautions for Operation of Wet-and-Dry Industrial Vacuum Cleaners:
1. Check whether the motor plug of the wet-and-dry vacuum cleaner is properly and securely inserted. Otherwise, after power-on, the motor may run unevenly, resulting in insufficient suction power and shortening the motor’s service life.
2. For the wet-and-dry vacuum cleaner, when vacuuming dust or water, the motor can be flexibly controlled—for example, a three-motor system. If only one or two motors are sufficient to achieve the desired result, there’s no need to activate the additional motor. However, for large-area cleaning, it’s best to operate all three motors in a cyclical manner.
3. When using a wet-and-dry vacuum cleaner in environments where foam is present or where significant foam is generated, it is essential to add an antifoaming agent to the tank to eliminate the foam and prevent it from being carried into the motor by the strong airflow.
4. During the use of a wet-and-dry vacuum cleaner, the power cord should not be excessively long, and you must not extend it yourself. The wire gauge must meet or exceed the specifications required by the appliance. Additionally, the power cord must not be coiled tightly in loops, as this could generate a magnetic field and result in insufficient operating voltage for the machine.
5. Pay attention to any changes in the noise level of the vacuum cleaner’s motor when using it on both dry and wet surfaces. If the motor noise suddenly becomes deeper and more pronounced, you should check all connecting hoses or verify whether the dustbin is full. In this case, clean the hoses or remove the debris from the dustbin. Another possible cause of extremely loud noise is a problem with the vacuum cleaner’s motor itself, which requires timely repair.
6. When cleaning up liquid substances sucked in by a wet-and-dry vacuum cleaner, you must remove the nozzle. Do not place the machine upside down to prevent liquids from entering the motor. Also, ensure that no corrosive substances enter the motor to avoid damage.
