How to test the cleaning performance of a pressure washer


The challenge facing cleaning equipment companies isn't deciding which cleaning technology to use or how to clean high-pressure washers—after all, the actual cleaning work is typically outsourced to professional cleaning service providers. Rather, the real challenge they face is how to verify the effectiveness of the cleaning once the high-pressure washers have been cleaned. Which method would be most suitable? (1) Random Sampling Method This testing method is particularly well-suited when there are a large number of cleaning objects. Due to time constraints, it's impractical to inspect each object individually. In such cases, we often randomly select a few representative objects for inspection and use their results to assess the cleanliness level of the entire batch. When using this method, it's important to select an adequate number of samples to ensure that the results accurately reflect the overall situation. (2) Using the Most Heavily Contaminated Areas as Inspection Standards When employing this method, if the most heavily contaminated areas meet the required cleanliness standards, then other areas with less severe contamination generally will also achieve the desired cleanliness level. (3) Conducting Specialized Testing on Specific Types of Dirt This testing method involves selecting the dirt types that have the greatest impact and focusing on them specifically. It’s especially appropriate for degreasing and cleaning mechanical components. In such cases, the primary focus of the inspection is on oily contaminants, and there’s no need to conduct detailed tests on other types of dirt. This method can also effectively determine the overall cleanliness of the cleaned objects.
