Here’s what you need to know about vacuum cleaners.


Industrial vacuum cleaners have now become widespread in various production environments. Although they bring great convenience to both daily life and production, industrial vacuum cleaners consume a significant amount of power. For instance, high-power industrial vacuum cleaners used continuously for extended periods in large industrial facilities can result in electricity costs that cannot be ignored or overlooked. So, how can we reduce the power consumption of industrial vacuum cleaners during operation? First, after prolonged continuous use, the filter bags or other dust collectors and polyester filters of the vacuum cleaner will accumulate large amounts of dust. This not only increases the operational load on the vacuum cleaner itself but also reduces its suction efficiency. As a result, the vacuum cleaner takes longer to perform its task and consumes more electricity. Therefore, it’s important to regularly clean the dust from the vacuum cleaner’s filters. Second, periodically lubricate the rotating shafts of the industrial vacuum cleaner and check the air ducts at the vacuum inlet, as well as the nozzles, hoses, and air intakes, to ensure there are no obstructions. Additionally, select nozzles that are appropriately matched to the specific production environment. This approach not only enhances the vacuuming performance but also helps save energy and reduce electricity consumption. Third, when using an industrial vacuum cleaner, avoid blindly setting its power to the maximum level. Setting the power too high not only wastes electricity but also puts unnecessary strain on the machine.
