Are there any special precautions to keep in mind when using a floor scrubber?
1. In the area to be cleaned, first perform a preliminary sweep, focusing mainly on large, non-water-soluble particles such as small stones and other debris that could interfere with the operation of the water suction squeegee. This is because the water suction squeegee needs to form a sealed space with the floor surface in order to effectively collect wastewater; otherwise, without proper sealing, it cannot function properly. This approach greatly improves your work efficiency, protects the machine, and extends the service life of the equipment.
2. For particularly dirty floors, you can choose to first avoid using the water suction function and instead repeatedly scrub the floor separately before finally using the water suction feature. Alternatively, you can select different cleaning agents to enhance the cleaning effectiveness.
3. When encountering uneven floor surfaces, even after cleaning, if standing water remains, you can lift the brush plate, activate the water suction switch, and move the floor scrubber back and forth over the areas with standing water, repeating the process several times. If the floor has deep grooves or channels, this may affect the machine’s water suction efficiency; please adjust your approach accordingly based on the specific situation.
4. After finishing daily operations, be sure to complete the following steps for the floor scrubber:
1. Wipe the exterior of the floor scrubber clean with both dry and wet cloths. Check the filter sponge to ensure it is free of any blockages caused by water or dirt. If there are blockages, remove the sponge, wash it thoroughly, let it dry completely, and then reinsert it.
2. Empty the wastewater tank completely, then refill it with clean water and thoroughly rinse it out. If the tank is exceptionally dirty, you can remove it entirely for cleaning.
3. Raise the brush plate and water suction squeegee, and park the floor scrubber in a well-ventilated, dry, flat environment away from flammable gases, liquids, chemicals, and open flames. Ensure the area is free of any potential hazards. If the floor scrubber is to be stored for an extended period, remove both the wastewater tank and the clean water tank, clean them thoroughly, and leave their lids open to air-dry. (For battery-powered floor scrubbers, remove the battery as well.) Finally, cover the floor scrubber with a dust-proof cloth for storage.

3. When encountering uneven floor surfaces, even after cleaning, if standing water remains, you can lift the brush deck, activate the water-suction switch, and move the floor scrubber back and forth over the areas with standing water, repeatedly and multiple times. If the floor has deep grooves or channels, this may affect the machine’s water-suction efficiency; please adjust your approach accordingly based on the specific situation.
4. Be sure to complete the following steps every day after finishing work with the floor scrubber:
1. Wipe the exterior of the floor scrubber clean with a dry or damp cloth, and check whether the filter sponge is blocked by water or dirt. If it is, remove the sponge, wash it thoroughly, let it dry completely, and then reinsert it.
2. Empty the wastewater from the wastewater tank, then fill it with clean water and rinse it thoroughly. If the tank is particularly dirty, you can remove it and wash it separately.
3. Raise the brush disc and water squeegee, and park the floor scrubber in an environment that is free of flammable gases, liquids, or chemicals, free of open flames, dry, well-ventilated, and flat—either for storage or charging.
4. If the floor scrubber is to be left unused for an extended period, both the wastewater tank and the clean water tank should be thoroughly cleaned and left open with their lids removed to air-dry. (For battery-powered floor scrubbers, remove the batteries first.) Then, cover the floor scrubber with a dust-proof cloth and store it properly.
