Regarding the attributes that can be confirmed for cleaning effectiveness, and based on which the most fundamental cleaning methods can be refined and known cleaning effects can be adopted, to further verify the cleaning performance of ultra-high-pressure cleaners and achieve even cleaner results with a higher degree of cleanliness, the following inspection methods can be employed: 1. Inspect specific areas with heavy dirt accumulation. Based on the selection of the dirt types that have the greatest impact and the method used for measurement, it is generally possible to choose an appropriate cleaning approach for the entire surface. Moreover, during the inspection process, particular attention is paid to key cleaning areas, and additional detailed checks are conducted on other areas of dirt as well. This inspection method can also accurately determine the cleanliness level of the cleaning target. 2. Identify and inspect the areas with the most severe mechanical contamination. Among all the parts of an ultra-high-pressure cleaner, certain areas often exhibit the most serious contamination. These areas must reach the required cleanliness level to ensure that the overall cleaning performance remains effective and efficient. By focusing on these critical areas, we can optimize the cleaning process, thereby achieving significant water savings and ensuring that the final cleanliness meets established standards. 3. Conduct random sampling inspections.
