What are the maintenance methods for industrial vacuum cleaners?

3. Test the overall suction power of the wet-and-dry vacuum cleaner to confirm that it’s functioning properly. If not, check the connections between various components and ensure that the sealing ring at the base of the nozzle is in good condition.
4. Confirm the cleaning task for the working environment. If you’re vacuuming dry debris, make sure to install the dust bag; if you’re vacuuming liquids, you don’t need a dust bag. However, do not use the wet-and-dry vacuum cleaner in areas with excessive debris or sludge.

For example, if a three-motor unit can achieve the desired result with just one or two motors, there’s no need to activate the third motor. However, for large-area cleaning tasks, try to use all three motors in rotation.
3. If the wet-and-dry vacuum cleaner is operating in an environment where foam is present or likely to form, be sure to add an anti-foaming agent into the dustbin to eliminate the foam. Do not allow the foam to enter the motor along with the strong airflow.
4. During operation of the wet-and-dry vacuum cleaner, the power cable should not be excessively long, and you must not extend it yourself. The cable’s diameter must meet the machine’s requirements. Also, avoid coiling the power cable tightly, as this can create a magnetic field and lead to insufficient voltage supply.
5. Pay attention to any changes in the noise level of the wet-and-dry vacuum cleaner’s motor. If the motor noise suddenly becomes deeper or louder, check the connecting pipes or verify that the dustbin is full. In such cases, clean the pipes or remove objects from the dustbin.
