How to Use a Floor Scrubber
I. Cleaning the Water Tank and Wastewater Disposal: Push the machine to the drain opening and unscrew the wastewater hose cover. To clean the water tank: Open the tank lid, first use a cloth to block the air intake of the fan to prevent water from entering the fan and causing damage. Then, rinse the inside of the tank and the filter mesh with clean water. For cleaning the machine’s surface: Simply wipe it with a clean cloth.
Attention: Never rinse the fan’s air intake of the floor scrubber with water! Never use corrosive cleaning solutions to clean the machine’s surface or interior!
II. Charging: First, unplug the floor scrubber’s power plug, then plug in the charger’s plug, and finally insert the charger’s plug into a power outlet. The typical charging time is 6 hours.
Attention: Never leave the machine stationary for an extended period while the brush disc is working, as this could damage the floor!
III. Adding Water: Open the tank lid, add clean water to the clean water tank, and add an appropriate amount of detergent. The exact proportion depends on the level of dirtiness in the cleaning environment. Be sure to close the tank lid tightly.
Attention: Never pour laundry detergent, high-foam cleaners, or dishwashing liquid into the water tank—such foaming agents can damage or burn out the machine!
Introduction to Floor Scrubbers and Common Usage Instructions: A floor scrubber is a cleaning machine that simultaneously washes and dries floors while removing wastewater and taking it away from the site. Its use has become extremely common across various sectors in developed countries, especially in places with large areas of hard flooring, such as train stations, docks, airports, workshops, warehouses, schools, hospitals, restaurants, and shopping malls. The concept of using machinery instead of manual labor has deeply taken root. Hard-floor materials typically include terrazzo, marble, granite, artificial stone, floor tiles, PVC, polished concrete, epoxy, and others.

IV. Operating the Equipment: Turn on the key switch, gently step on the brush-disc pedal to lower the brush disc and the suction bar, then press the brush-disc and suction switches. Adjust the water supply according to the degree of oil contamination on the floor. Use the handle control ring to adjust the speed of the floor scrubber, and the machine will begin cleaning.
1. Cleaning the Water Tank and Wastewater Treatment: Simply push the machine to the drain opening and unscrew the wastewater hose cover. For cleaning the water tank: Open the tank lid, first use a cloth to block the air intake of the fan to prevent water from entering the fan and causing damage. Then, rinse the inside of the tank and the filter mesh thoroughly with clean water. To clean the machine’s surface: Simply wipe it down with a clean cloth.
Attention: It is strictly prohibited to rinse the fan inlet of the floor scrubber with water! It is also strictly prohibited to use corrosive cleaning solutions to clean the machine’s exterior or interior!
2. Charging: First, unplug the floor cleaner’s power plug, then insert the charger plug into the charger. Next, plug the charger plug into a power outlet. The typical charging time is 6 hours.
Attention: It is strictly prohibited to leave the machine stationary for an extended period while the brush disc is in operation, as this could damage the floor!
3. Add Water: Open the water tank lid, add clean water to the clear water tank, and then add an appropriate amount of detergent. The exact proportion of detergent can be adjusted based on the level of dirtiness in the cleaning environment. Be sure to close the water tank lid tightly.
Attention: It is strictly prohibited to pour laundry detergent, high-foaming cleaners, or dishwashing detergents into the water tank, as the resulting foam could damage or burn out the machine!

In developed countries, its use has become widespread across various sectors—particularly in places with large areas of hard flooring, such as train stations, docks, airports, workshops, warehouses, schools, hospitals, restaurants, and shopping malls. The concept of using machinery to replace manual labor has deeply taken root in people’s minds. Hard-floor surfaces typically include materials such as terrazzo, marble, granite, engineered stone, ceramic tiles, PVC, polished concrete, and epoxy.
