Electrostatic Bag Composite Dust Removal Technology:
The electrostatic-bag composite dust collector features a single housing with a short electrostatic precipitator installed at the front end and a baghouse filter unit at the rear end. Flue gas enters from the left end, first passing through the electrostatic precipitator zone, where dust particles become charged and 80% to 90% of the particulate matter is collected. (This leverages the advantages of electrostatic precipitation while reducing the load on the baghouse.) After passing through the electrostatic precipitator, the flue gas partially enters the baghouse zone, flowing across the outer surface of the filter bags into the inner cavity. The dust particles are trapped on the outer surface of the filter bags, while the clean gas exits through the inner cavity and is then discharged via the exhaust duct. Combining the strengths of both electrostatic precipitators and pure baghouse filters, the electrostatic-bag composite dust collector represents a new-generation dust removal technology. Currently, nearly 200 such electrostatic-bag composite dust collectors are in operation domestically.
Bag (fabric bag) dust removal technology:
Definition: A technology that uses filter bags to perform dust removal through filtration.
Filter bag materials: natural fibers, chemically synthesized fibers, glass fibers, metal fibers.
Form: The gas flows from the outside to the inside of the filter bag, while the dust remains on the outer surface of the filter bag.
The gas flows from the inside of the filter bag to the outside, while the dust remains on the inner surface of the filter bag.
