Adhering to the following maintenance steps can not only enhance the dust removal performance of the industrial vacuum cleaner but also extend its service life.
1. Regularly check whether the machine’s power plug and power cord are damaged. After use, neatly coil up the power cord and place it on top of the device.
2. After completing the vacuuming operation, check the filter for any foreign objects or blockages. If any are found, clean them promptly.
3. During use, the vacuum cleaner should be handled with care and not subjected to random impacts or collisions.
4. When storing the vacuum cleaner, it should be placed in a dry and well-ventilated area.
5. When cleaning the vacuum cleaner, use a damp cloth with water or a neutral detergent. Please do not use any cleaning agents containing corrosive substances, as they may cause cracks in the device’s exterior.
6. When using an industrial vacuum cleaner continuously, the suction power may decrease due to clogging of the filter screen. You should promptly clean both the dust bag and the filter screen, and the suction power will be restored.
7. The vacuum hose should not be repeatedly bent or flexed, nor subjected to excessive stretching or twisting.
8. The power supply voltage at the usage location must be consistent with the industrial vacuum cleaner’s rated voltage. If an extension cord is used, a power cord that meets the required specifications should be purchased.
9. During use, if you notice any foreign objects blocking the suction tube or filter, immediately turn off the power, remove the foreign objects, and then resume operation. This is to prevent damage to the vacuum motor.
