Therefore, when purchasing an industrial vacuum cleaner, the filtration efficiency plays a decisive role in determining the appliance's service life.
When using an industrial vacuum cleaner, check whether the hose is blocked by foreign objects. If you confirm that there’s no blockage, be sure to clean the filter promptly before each use. The service life of the carbon brushes in the motor of an electric vacuum cleaner typically ranges from 750 to 1,200 hours. If your vacuum cleaner suddenly stops working one day, it could be because the carbon brushes have worn out—simply replace them, and everything should be fine again.
It’s best to have a professional replace the filter and ensure it’s installed correctly. If you’re using a wet-and-dry vacuum cleaner, remove the filter when vacuuming up water. If the filter accidentally gets wet, take it out and dry it thoroughly before using the vacuum again. If you notice any damage to the filter, be sure to replace it immediately before continuing to use the vacuum—otherwise, dust could enter the motor compartment, causing the motor to burn out and fail to function properly.
