Among the main wear-and-tear parts of a floor scrubber, there are two key ones: first, the brush disc or brush pad and the scouring pad; second, the water-absorbing rubber strip. Why are these two components considered wear-and-tear parts? Because the brush disc is used for scrubbing the floor, while the water-absorbing rubber strip is used for wiping up water. Both of these parts are constantly in operation, and through daily friction, they’re continually wearing down. In fact, wear and tear is essentially their job description. That’s why the brush disc and the water-absorbing rubber strip aren’t covered under the warranty. Another important point to note is that damage caused by human factors is not covered by the warranty.
