The Metengqi editor shares with you how to choose a high-pressure washer.
After cleaning with a high-pressure washer, how should we verify its cleaning effectiveness? What method is most suitable for this purpose?
(1) Random Sampling Method
This detection method is suitable for situations where there are many objects to be cleaned. Due to time constraints, we cannot inspect each object individually. In such cases, we often need to randomly select a few representative objects for inspection and use their inspection results to determine the cleanliness level of all the cleaned objects. When using this method, it’s important to note that a sufficient number of samples must be selected in order to accurately reflect the overall situation.

(2) Use the most heavily polluted area as the inspection standard for measurement.
When we use this method for detection, if the most heavily contaminated areas have already reached the required cleanliness level, then the cleaning results in other areas with less severe contamination generally also meet the cleanliness requirements.
(3) Conduct specialized testing for specific types of dirt.
This detection method involves identifying and measuring the dirt with the greatest impact. It is particularly suitable for degreasing and cleaning general mechanical components. In such cases, the primary focus of the detection is on oily contaminants, and there is no need to perform detailed analysis of other types of dirt. This detection method can also effectively assess the cleanliness level of the object being cleaned.
