Cleaning industry
Various dry ice media can be used to remove contaminants such as dirt, paint, carbon deposits, thin films, wax, grease, and non-stick coatings from component surfaces without causing any wear or damage to the components. As a result, this method is widely applied in industries including industrial molds, petrochemicals, printing, automotive, electronics, general manufacturing, food and pharmaceuticals, power generation, aerospace, and others. 
Regularly check the liquid level in the liquid separator.
After each cleaning operation, SMART All components should be thoroughly cleaned, and ensure that there are no solids or other contaminants on the machine.
Be sure to replace the cap on the dry ice outlet tube to prevent foreign objects from falling into the air lock.
Note: If working under excessively humid conditions, cold components will experience condensation, forming a layer on the cold surfaces. Frost. 
Release the pressurized air in the system. ; Turn off the compressor. Open the main isolation valve. Release the compressor’s pressure. Ensure the pressure gauge indicates zero when the dry ice machine is not pressurized. Close the main isolation valve. Remove the gas supply hose. Remove the dry ice blasting hose. Wipe down the machine and clean the hose and spray gun. The machine can now be stored.

The spray hose connected to the machine and the spray gun does not require Teflon tape. If the air hose is leaking, tighten it with a wrench—but don’t overtighten!
First, don't completely fill the hopper. A fully filled hopper... 1/3 That's it.
Don't allow the blasting hose to become twisted! If the blasting hose becomes twisted, it could lead to hose damage, prevent the hose from properly delivering dry ice, and potentially cause blockages. If the dry ice hose is severely damaged, it will need to be replaced.
To begin, set the dry ice feed rate to the lowest level (turn the feed speed knob in the negative direction). You can only turn the knob while the machine is running.
As the machine is running, slowly turn the dry-ice feed knob (clockwise) in the direction of the plus sign until ice starts coming out of the nozzle. Adjust the feed rate as needed. Remember: more ice does not necessarily mean higher cleaning efficiency.
Always start with the highest available pressure and the lowest dry ice feed rate to achieve optimal cleaning.
Do not leave dry ice on the machine for an extended period of time. Otherwise, icing and ice bridges may form.
Always keep the insulated dry ice container closed.
