Common Problems and Cause Analysis of High-Pressure Washers
Currently, high-pressure washers have become an indispensable part of the cleaning industry and are receiving increasing attention from everyone. It’s not hard to notice that they can be found everywhere—from chemical plants and shopping malls to ships, where they’re used for rust removal and the removal of marine organisms.
I. Possible reasons why the spray gun is not spraying water:
1. The inlet and the water filter are clogged.
2. Nozzle clogged.
3. If the heating coil is blocked, remove any scale buildup as necessary.
2. Unstable outlet pressure
1. Insufficient water supply.
2. The air intake pipe is blocked due to reasons such as a ruptured pipeline or the cleaning agent nozzle not being fully inserted into the cleaning agent.
3. Nozzle wear.
4. The high-pressure water pump seal is leaking.
3. The burner fails to ignite and burn.
1. Insufficient air intake, resulting in white smoke.
2. The fuel filter, fuel pump, and fuel injectors are dirty and clogged.
3. The solenoid valve is damaged.
4. The position of the ignition electrode has changed, resulting in a weak spark.
5. The high-voltage ignition coil is damaged.
