What are explosion-proof valves and blast-resistant valves?
With the development of modern industry, the potential danger of dust explosions has significantly increased. Explosion-proof technology can prevent an explosion from spreading from its initial location to other process units, thereby avoiding "secondary" or system-wide explosion accidents and mitigating the severity of explosion-related disasters. Due to their simplicity and reliability, explosion-proof valves are among the most widely used explosion-proof devices internationally. The principle behind these valves is that the pressure generated during an explosion pushes a movable valve core to block the propagation of explosive flames and pressure waves. They are commonly used for the safe conveyance of small amounts of dust and as explosion-proof barriers on the clean-air outlet side of dust collectors. Under normal conditions, an explosion-resistant valve functions as a ventilation inlet or outlet. However, when a destructive blast wave arrives, the explosion-resistant valve automatically adjusts or closes in response to overpressure, effectively blocking the blast wave from causing damage to the interior of the building. These valves are typically installed on the exterior walls of protected buildings, but they can also be mounted on the exterior walls of air-conditioning equipment rooms to provide ventilation and ensure the safety of the equipment in the event of an explosion.

When encountering dirt or oil stains, how should you choose a cleaning agent for floor washing?
Generally, when using a floor scrubber, there’s no need to add detergent. However, if the floor is heavily soiled or has oil stains, it’s advisable to add an appropriate amount of detergent to enhance the cleaning effect. So, what are the requirements and precautions when selecting a detergent for a floor scrubber? How should we choose a detergent for our floor scrubber? 1. Do not add solid detergents into the floor scrubber. We’ve noticed that many customers use laundry powder instead of detergent in their floor scrubbers—a practice that’s highly discouraged. Since the water-dispensing pipes in floor scrubbers are very narrow, if the laundry powder doesn’t fully dissolve, it could easily clog the pipes, resulting in weak water flow or even no water discharge at all. 2. Choose a neutral detergent for your floor scrubber. The water tank, suction hose, drainage pipe, water lines, and rubber seals of a floor scrubber are not made of corrosion-resistant materials. Therefore, we must select a neutral detergent. Otherwise, prolonged use of non-neutral detergents will accelerate the aging of these components. 3. Select the detergent based on the type of dirt on the floor. Typically, two types of detergents are used in floor scrubbers: one for general cleaning of everyday dirt, and another specifically designed as an oil-dissolving agent for oily surfaces. When the floor has oil stains, we must use the oil-dissolving agent—only then can we effectively remove the oil stains from the floor. 4. After adding detergent, be sure to include an appropriate amount of defoamer in the floor scrubber’s wastewater tank. All detergents, once thoroughly mixed and used, will produce foam. Eventually, this foamy wastewater gets collected in the floor scrubber’s wastewater tank. Since the floor scrubber’s water-suction motor is installed inside the wastewater tank, excessive foam could enter the motor and cause damage. That’s why we need to add an appropriate amount of defoamer to the wastewater tank as a precautionary measure.
How do you correctly choose a floor scrubber based on the occasion and specific situation?
With the growing popularity of floor scrubbers, more and more industries are starting to use them to support their cleaning operations. According to our company’s data statistics, the majority of floor scrubber customers are still factory clients. Other industries, however, often don’t know how to choose the right cleaning equipment or where to begin. So today, let’s take a look at how to select the right floor scrubber for different work areas. 1. Office Buildings Office buildings generally have floors made of ceramic tiles in large quantities. These buildings often need to keep their floors clean at all times, and the cleaning process must be relatively quiet so as not to disturb other employees’ work. Due to space limitations, we recommend choosing a small, push-type floor scrubber. Small floor scrubbers are flexible to operate and produce low noise, making them ideal for cleaning in office buildings. 2. Factory Floors Factory floors come in many different materials—such as cement, epoxy flooring, and painted surfaces—and are often difficult to clean. They also tend to get dirty quickly, and factories usually have large cleaning areas. In such cases, it’s best to opt for a high-efficiency ride-on floor scrubber. A single charge can enable it to clean over 10,000 square meters of floor space, delivering excellent cleaning results and high efficiency. 3. Commercial Plazas Commercial plazas are typically open-air and relatively large in area, making cleaning challenging. However, the cleanliness requirements for these plazas are usually not very high—just keeping the ground tidy at all times is sufficient. If the cleaning requirement is this simple, we recommend using a sweeping machine to remove trash and dust from the ground. Depending on the size of the cleaning area, you can choose between a push-type or ride-on sweeper. 4. Hospital Corridors Hospital floors are often tiled and the cleaning environment is relatively small. Moreover, the cleaning process needs to be quiet so as not to disturb patients. In this case, I believe a small, push-type floor scrubber is particularly suitable. It’s flexible to operate, produces low noise, and is perfect for cleaning in hospitals.

Composition and Working Principle of the Metengqi Electric Floor Scrubber
With economic development, rising labor costs for cleaning services, and increasingly stringent hygiene requirements from business owners, the use of Metengqi electric floor scrubbers is becoming ever more widespread. What were once foreign machines used exclusively in developed countries are now commonly employed across various industries in Hebei Province—including shopping malls and supermarkets, residential communities, parking lots, plazas and parks, warehouses, hospital cafeterias, and many other environments. The composition of a Metengqi electric floor scrubber essentially consists of a single-disc scrubber, a vacuum cleaner, and a dust cart—all combined into one device. Previously, tasks that required several people working together could now be effortlessly handled by just a single operator. Typically powered by rechargeable batteries, these electric floor scrubbers are not subject to the safety constraints imposed by corded models. By eliminating the need for cords, they offer greater flexibility and convenience in terms of usage. During operation, the Metengqi electric floor scrubber’s brush motor drives the rotating brush pad located at its base. Depending on the type of flooring, different brushes or pads can be selected to effectively clean various surfaces. As the brush motor spins, water is sprayed from the clean water tank—or a cleaning solution can be added—to assist in the cleaning process. After cleaning, a suction motor equipped with a floor squeegee promptly collects all the dirty water into the machine’s wastewater tank. This ensures that the floor remains thoroughly clean and dry, leaving it looking as good as new. Performance of accessories shared by explosion-proof vacuum cleaners
In dust-handling operations conducted under high-efficiency working conditions, the structural design and performance of explosion-proof vacuum cleaners are of paramount importance. In the food industry, where large amounts of dust are generated, blockages in pipelines can easily occur, preventing normal dust collection. Therefore, the component design of these devices incorporates specific installation and processing features that enhance their long-term operational advantages. First, regarding the explosion-proof vacuum cleaning performance, the equipment is equipped with a load-bearing processor that automatically shuts down when the dust accumulation reaches a certain threshold. Additionally, by taking into account the thickness of metal pipes and the size of the dust being collected, the device effectively increases its capacity to absorb large volumes of dust without risking rupture or explosion. Second, in terms of technical specifications, the equipment has been upgraded to optimize the density and thickness of the air being drawn in, addressing the issue of insufficient pressure within the chamber at temperatures as low as 80°C. The device employs a 1000-watt motor, significantly reducing noise levels during operation and enhancing both runtime and overall performance. As for explosion-proof vacuum cleaners used in dust-collection applications, their design incorporates advanced stamping technology and filtration systems that ensure airtight sealing, thereby preventing clogging and static electricity buildup—a common issue in various industrial sectors. Guangzhou Qingqinyu Environmental Protection Technology (Meitengqi brand) is a manufacturer specializing in the production of large-scale dust removal systems for factory workshops, mobile and stationary high-power industrial vacuum cleaners, industrial vacuum and water suction units, welding fume extractors, and central dust collection systems. The working principle of the Miteqi vacuum cleaner’s pulse reverse-blow system.
In the Metengqi vacuum cleaner, dust-laden air enters the dust collector housing through the inlet port. Fine particulate matter is retained on the outer surface of the filter cartridges due to a variety of effects exerted by the filter elements. The purified air then exits through the outlet port located in the upper part of the filter cartridge housing. As usage time increases, more and more dust accumulates on the surface of the filter cartridges, reducing their permeability and causing the resistance of the dust collector to rise continuously. To ensure that the dust collector's resistance remains within the specified range, the pulse control unit sends signals that sequentially open the electromagnetic pulse valves, allowing compressed air from the air tank to be ejected through the nozzles of the blow pipes into the corresponding Venturi tubes (referred to as primary air). As the airflow passes through the Venturi tubes, it induces several times its volume of surrounding air (referred to as secondary air) into the filter cartridges, causing them to expand rapidly. Once the reverse pulse airflow’s impact effect quickly subsides, the filter cartridges contract sharply, thereby dislodging the dust accumulated on their outer surfaces. The fallen dust then settles into the ash hopper. The dust collector’s processing capacity remains unchanged. Brief Overview of the Metengqi Vacuum Cleaner’s Pulse Blowing System: The pulse blowing system consists of a pulse valve. End A of the pulse valve is connected to the compressed air tank, while end B is connected to the blow pipe. The pulse valve features a back-pressure-controlled valve, and its operation is commanded by the control unit. When the control unit does not output any signal, the moving iron core of the control valve seals the exhaust port, keeping the pulse valve closed. However, when the control unit sends a signal, the back-pressure chamber of the control valve communicates with the atmosphere, opening the pulse valve. Compressed air from the tank then flows through the pulse valve and out through the small holes in the blow pipe, entering the Venturi tubes and creating an instantaneous positive pressure inside the filter bags, thus achieving dust removal.
