The material of a vacuum cleaner determines its lifespan.


The material significantly affects the service life of industrial vacuum cleaners. Currently, there are three common types of materials used in industrial vacuum cleaners on the market. The first type is injection-molded or standard injection-molded vacuum cleaners. These vacuum cleaners have poor durability and cannot handle heavy workloads; they are suitable only for household and commercial use, capable of collecting only small amounts of dust particles. Moreover, they are easily damaged during use, difficult to repair, and have a relatively short service life. The second type is made from ordinary alloy materials. These industrial vacuum cleaners are superior to injection-molded ones—typically featuring higher power ratings, ranging from about 2000 to 3600 watts. Because the negative pressure inside the dust collection bin is considerably high, ordinary injection-molded materials can no longer meet the demands of the vacuum cleaner's internal negative pressure.
