First: Check whether the floor scrubber’s water-suction blade has any extraneous debris or buildup, and also inspect the wastewater filter screen. If any one of the following components—water-suction rubber blade, suction hose, or water-suction filter screen—is blocked, it will reduce the effectiveness of water suction. Second: Check whether the wastewater tank lid and sealing gasket are intact. If the wastewater tank lid is not tightly closed or the sealing gasket is not properly sealed, this could also lead to poor water-suction performance. Third: Regularly check the degree of wear on the floor scrubber’s brush disc and water-suction rubber blade. If the floor surface is relatively rough, the bristles of the brush disc and the water-suction rubber blade will wear out more quickly. Under normal circumstances, the brush disc should be replaced after cumulative use exceeds 100 hours.

Under normal circumstances, the brush disc should be replaced after accumulating over 100 hours of use. At the same time, the water-absorbing rubber strip should be replaced or flipped over after accumulating over 40 hours of use—provided that all four edges of the rubber strip remain in good condition.
Fourth: Be sure to empty the clean water tank completely after finishing daily work. This is especially important if you don't perform operations every day—otherwise, stagnant water may settle and clog the outlet. Additionally, improper handling could lead to leaks of clean water, causing unnecessary damage (such as motor burnout or electrical fires).
Fifth: Empty and clean the wastewater tank. During the machine’s daily operation, the wastewater tank collects a large amount of water mixed with sludge. This mixture settles and accumulates in the tank, emitting a harsh and unpleasant odor. Therefore, it is essential to clean the wastewater tank thoroughly using running water.
The above are the most basic requirements for the maintenance and upkeep of floor scrubbers during daily use. During operation, it is essential to regularly check the wastewater tank to ensure that there isn't excessive foam and that the tank isn't overfilled with wastewater. Both of these conditions can potentially cause the water-absorbing motor to burn out, resulting in the floor scrubber failing to function properly. We recommend adding an appropriate amount of defoaming agent to the wastewater tank when operating the floor scrubber; this will help prevent excessive foam buildup and thus avoid motor damage.
