Injection-molded or conventional injection-molded vacuum cleaners have poor durability and cannot handle heavy workloads. They are suitable only for household and commercial use, capable of collecting only small amounts of dust particles. Moreover, they are prone to damage during use, difficult to repair, and have a relatively short service life.
Made from standard alloy materials, these industrial vacuum cleaners are superior to those made from injection-molded plastics. They generally have higher power ratings, typically ranging from around 2000 to 3600 watts. Because the negative pressure inside the dust collection bin is relatively high, ordinary injection-molded plastic materials can no longer meet the vacuum cleaner's internal pressure requirements. These industrial vacuum cleaners are well-suited for use in most industrial settings and small factories, making them one of the more commonly found types on the market. However, the bodies of these vacuum cleaners tend to be thinner, and after prolonged use, the body can easily become dented or damaged from impacts. Moreover, they often come equipped with inexpensive motors that are not designed for long-term operation and are particularly prone to failure. Although their lower price makes them accessible to a broad segment of the market, their quality is difficult to guarantee!
