Today, we’ll share eight tips on how to properly maintain your floor scrubber: 1. First, we should check the integrity and degree of wear on each brush seal of the floor scrubber. Replace any seals or brushes that show significant wear. When replacing them, also inspect the tension at the connecting parts and use the appropriate tools to adjust the tension accordingly. 2. Open the outer cover of the floor scrubber. For components with severe oil stains, we’ll need to use a specialized cleaning agent to thoroughly clean them.

Today, I’ll share eight tips on how to properly maintain your floor scrubber.
1. First, we should check the integrity and degree of wear of the seals on each roller brush of the robot vacuum cleaner. Seals and roller brushes that show significant wear should be replaced. When replacing them, also verify the tension of the connecting parts and use appropriate tools to adjust the tension accordingly.
2. Open the robot vacuum’s outer cover. For components with severe oil stains, we must also use a specialized cleaning agent to thoroughly clean them.
3. Pay special attention to inspecting and cleaning the dustbin and filters of the sweeping robot, with particular emphasis on thoroughly cleaning areas where dirt tends to accumulate. Additionally, assess the extent of damage to the filters and make appropriate replacements or adjustments as needed.
4. Use dedicated lubricating oil to lubricate all bearings and the braking system of the sweeper. For fuel-powered sweepers, also ensure that the engine’s internal oil is replaced, guaranteeing that all bearing points are properly lubricated and free from rust.
5. Inspect the wear condition of all wiring in the floor-scrubbing machine, and replace or repair according to the severity of the wear, ensuring that no short circuits or other electrical faults occur.
6. For electric floor sweepers, we should focus on properly inspecting and maintaining their controllers and motors. If a sweeper exhibits abnormal operation or excessive noise, it’s best to have it repaired and maintained by professional technicians.
7. As the primary power source for robotic floor cleaners, the battery requires proper maintenance. First, we must check whether its charge and discharge performance remains normal after one year of use. For robotic floor cleaner batteries that show significant signs of charge loss or discharge issues, we should promptly repair them and, depending on the acid level in the battery, add distilled water accordingly.
8. Check the operational condition of the safety contact switch on the floor-scrubbing machine’s seat; inspect the position of the battery acid fluid; check the tension, wear, and operational condition of the drive belt. Inspect the wear condition of each side brush and make appropriate adjustments or replacements as needed.
