Industrial Vacuum Cleaners—Selection of Filter Types
Currently, there are six types of vacuum cleaner filters available on the market: Teflon polyester filters, standard polyester filters, antistatic filters, high-temperature-resistant polyamide filters, disposable nylon filters, and disposable paper filters. These six filter types have different functions. Generally speaking, if industrial vacuum cleaners have high requirements for filtration accuracy, the filtration systems used need to be more sophisticated. Filter elements come in single-layer and double-layer versions, and filtration systems also vary in terms of their stage configurations. The standard polyester filter can achieve a filtration accuracy as fine as three micrometers and also offers advantages such as tear resistance and wear resistance. Currently, there are six types of vacuum cleaner filters available on the market: Teflon polyester filters, standard polyester filters, antistatic filters, high-temperature-resistant polyamide filters, disposable nylon filters, and disposable paper filters.
These six types have different functions. Generally, if high filtration accuracy is required for industrial vacuum cleaners, the filtration system used needs to be more sophisticated. Filter cartridges come in single-layer and double-layer varieties, and filtration systems also differ in terms of their stage configurations.
Standard polyester filters can achieve an accuracy of up to three micrometers and also offer advantages such as tear and abrasion resistance. Antistatic filters, on the other hand, are conductive and can prevent the buildup of static electricity during use. As for disposable filters, while they don't necessarily need to meet the same high precision standards, they still each have their own unique benefits. Disposable nylon filters are resistant to abrasion, while disposable paper filters can effectively prevent clogging caused by sticky substances.
